Consultancy Terms of Service
This Consultancy Terms of Service (hereinafter referred as “Terms of Service”) and the “The Client” which term shall include any company or organization or its parent and subsidiary companies that engages or avails any services from Tara Blooms Private Limited (hereinafter called as “The Company”);
The Company and the Client are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party”.
WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage the Company to provide certain services in the area of Company’s expertise and the Company is willing to provide such services to the Client;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth below, it is hereby covenanted and agreed by the Client and the Company as follows
